The Owner, Usman, takes on any issue that is brought to his attention, right then and there. His sense of organization is unique because each department works as one unit to provide the best customer service, maintain the fullest inventory level, and schedule the perfect number of employees for each shift.
He is like an orchestra conductor; directing each employee, answering phones, or explaining processes to customers like when I needed advice on window tinting. You name it, whatever needs doing, he’s right on it.

This place is customer service personified; from the front office, to the mechanics, to the owner, everyone is always pleasant and very knowledgeable about all aspects of services, finance, and management. They all have a welcoming manner second to none and are genuinely positive individuals.
Along with the quintessential customer service, this staff characterizes how efficient employees can be when they care about the customer and the multiplicity of services they offer.
Their efforts to offer a positive and upbeat atmosphere are rewarded with a very friendly environment in which to work. Their demeanor is cheerful and very personable. They all have good rapport with all their fellow associates and they carry a service oriented attitude which translates into being helpful to those who interact with them. This translates into recognizing and correcting issues before they become problems.
The lobby and service areas are extremely organized and clean.
If I went into business again I'd hire this staff in a heartbeat.
